In this video I introduce you to the Nominalisation Language Pattern of the Meta Model. This pattern is when we state things that should be actions as 'nouns' When we do this we get stuck - When you change the 'noun' into an action word or statement people become 'unstuck" An example is "I want more Motivation" the brain does not create action from the word "motivation" Notice what happens when - when you change the word 'motivation' to "What do you need to be motivating you?"
