Module 3 - Who or What Are You Comparing Yourself to?

When someone you are coaching or leading says "I'am no good at this?" What they are doing is, making an 'internal comparison' to someone who is good at this. When you ask "compared to whom?" This helps uncover the comparison. In business, often the person you are coaching or leading, is comparing themselves to a much more experienced person. This helps you move them in action of "what has to happen to gain the same experience as that person' Rather than them being stuck in the 'belief' of not being good enough. I come across this so often when coaching my clients.
