Business Coaching with
Fiona Campbell Arrand

Coaching for small business owners who want clarity, direction and momentum and for companies who want managers who can coach, lead and support their teams through change.

Business is changing quickly.

For small business owners, that can mean too many ideas, too many decisions and not enough clear direction.

For companies, it can mean managers being expected to lead people through uncertainty, especially as AI changes roles, expectations and the way work gets done.

My work helps both in a practical way. I help small business owners get clear, focused and motivated. I help companies develop managers who can coach their people, build trust and lead more confidently in an AI-supported workplace.

As the author of Working with Trust, my coaching is built around a simple belief: trust is created through behaviour, language and the quality of everyday conversations.

Coaching for
Small Business Owners

For when you are good at what you
do, but your business needs
more focus

You may be working hard but still feel as if your business is not moving forward in the way you want.

You might have plenty of ideas, but no clear order. You might know you are good at what you do but still find it difficult to explain your value in a way that brings in the right clients. You may also feel as if you should be further ahead, but you keep going round in circles trying to work out what to do next.

The longer you stay unclear, the more energy gets used up in overthinking, second-guessing and trying to do too many things at once. Coaching gives you space to stop, think clearly and decide what will make the biggest difference next.

I often work with coaches, consultants, trainers, service-based business owners and professionals who are excellent at what they do, but need help simplifying their ideas, communicating their value and turning their experience into clear action.

3 problems
you may be facing

1. Too many ideas and not enough clarity

You have options, but it feels difficult to decide what to focus on first .

2. Loss of confidence or motivation

You may be questioning yourself, delaying decisions or feeling frustrated that progress is slower than you expected.

3. Unclear messaging

You know you can help people, but you may struggle to explain what you do in a way that attracts the right clients.

3 ways
I can help

1. Create clarity

We clarify what you want, what matters most and what needs your attention now.

2. Build direction

You leave each session with practical next steps, so you know what to do and why you are doing it.

3. Strengthen motivation and confidence

I help you understand what has been getting in the way, reconnect with your strengths and take action that feels achievable.

The outcome

The aim is to help you stop going round in circles and start making clearer decisions about your business, your message, your offers and your next steps.

You will begin to see what needs your attention now, what can wait and what action will help you move your business forward.

This is practical business coaching for small business owners who want to move away from confusion, overwhelm and self-doubt, and move towards clarity, direction and focused action.

“Before our sessions I was feeling completely confused and overwhelmed with the direction of my business. Since our sessions, I’ve moved forward with clear focus, feeling energised and confident.”

Ready to get clearer about your next step?

You do not have to work all this out on your own. In one conversation, we can begin to untangle what is happening and help you see your next step more clearly.

On your Strategy and Direction Call, we will look at where you are now, what feels unclear and what you most want to move towards. You will have space to talk through what is happening in your business and begin to identify the next step that would make the biggest difference.

This is a practical conversation, not a sales pitch. If coaching feels like the right next step, we can talk about that. If not, you will still leave with more clarity than you arrived with.

Coaching for
Companies and Managers

Preparing managers to lead and coach in an AI-supported workplace

AI is creating one of the biggest workplace change challenges many organisations have ever faced.

Roles are changing, expectations are changing and people are being asked to adapt quickly, learn new tools and think differently about how work gets done.

Many managers are now caught between senior leaders who need change to happen and team members who feel unsure, resistant or overwhelmed by what that change means for them.

When people feel uncertain, productivity can drop, decision-making can slow down and managers can find themselves answering the same questions again and again. The result is often more pressure on managers and less ownership in the team.

In this environment, managers need more than technical knowledge or operational experience. They need to know how to coach, support and develop their team members, especially when people feel uncertain about change.

This is not AI training. It is coaching support for the human side of AI-supported change — the conversations, confidence, trust and thinking skills people need while work is changing around them.

Coaching is no longer an optional leadership extra. It is one of the practical skills managers need if they are going to help people think clearly, adapt quickly and take ownership in a changing workplace.

3 problems
your company may be facing

1. Managers are solving too many problems for their teams

When managers keep solving every problem, they quickly become the bottleneck. Team members become more dependent, decisions slow down and the manager has less time to lead strategically.

2. Team members feel uncertain about AI and change

People may be worried about their roles, unsure what is expected or waiting for direction before taking action.

3. Leadership conversations need to be stronger

Managers may need support to communicate clearly, build trust and encourage ownership during periods of change.

3 ways
I can help

1. Develop coaching skills in managers

Managers learn how to ask better questions, listen more effectively and support people to think for themselves.

2. Build confidence in leading through change

Managers learn how to have clearer conversations around uncertainty, accountability and future ways of working.

3. Strengthen trust and psychological safety

Using principles from my book Working with Trust, I help managers understand how trust is created through behaviour, language and the quality of everyday conversations.

The outcome

The outcome is managers who are less reactive, more confident in their conversations and better able to develop people who think, adapt and take ownership.

When managers know how to coach, people become less dependent, more confident and more able to take responsibility for their own thinking and actions.

That matters when organisations are asking teams to adapt quickly, stay engaged and remain productive through change.

This coaching can be delivered as one-to-one coaching for individual managers, or as part of a wider leadership development programme.
