NLP Skills for Business and Coaching
This 2.5-Day in-person intensive gives you the opportunity to practise applying your existing NLP knowledge in business and coaching conversations.
You will work with NLP and coaching tools alongside Fiona’s Working with Trust Framework, with time to practise, ask questions and explore how the skills relate to your own professional situations.
The focus throughout is application - not more theory.

Day One
Resourceful States, Coaching Structure and Trust
On Day One, you will explore how to help people access more useful internal states, understand what may be influencing their behaviour and create clearer coaching conversations.
You will work with:
- Transferring and anchoring resourceful states
- Submodalities
- Creating relaxation and motivation scripts
- Coaching structure
- The SPLATR & RAFT Coaching Models
- Coaching practice
You will learn how to help people shift state, understand what may be influencing their behaviour and create clearer coaching conversations. This is especially useful when someone feels stuck, overwhelmed, lacking confidence or unsure of their next step.
Day Two
Goals, Motivation, Presentation Skills and Neurological Levels
On Day Two, you will explore how NLP can help people prepare for future goals, important events and situations where confidence matters.
You will work with:
- Timelines for achieving goals
- Presentation skills
- Deep Trance Identification
- Neurological Levels
- The TRUST Framework
You will practise helping people prepare for goals, meetings, interviews and presentations. You will also learn how to recognise whether a challenge relates to behaviour, capability, beliefs, values or identity, helping you work at the level where change is needed.
Final Morning
Sustaining Trust, Perspective and Business Profiling
On the final morning, you will bring your learning together and explore further applications for business, leadership and coaching conversations.
You will work with:
- The CIRCLE Framework
- Perceptual Positions
- Meta Programmes for interviewing and job profiling
- Coaching practice
You will explore how to help people see situations from different perspectives, recognise thinking preferences and adapt your communication to the person in front of you. You will also have another opportunity to practise bringing the different elements of your NLP learning together.

By the end of the 2.5-day intensive, you will have a clearer understanding of how to bring your existing NLP knowledge into business and coaching conversations.
