What is the Meta Model?
NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Meta Model is a powerful tool for improving communication, fostering self-awareness, and facilitating personal growth and change
It is a linguistic tool used to help the people you work with solve problems, understand and clarify their thinking and communication. Developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s, the Meta Model is designed to identify and challenge the language patterns people use to distort, generalise, and delete information from their communication.
This Model operates on the principle that language reflects our internal mental processes. By understanding and analysing the specific language patterns people use, coaches and business leaders can help individuals uncover underlying beliefs, assumptions, and thought patterns that may be limiting or distorting their understanding of reality.
