Running a business on your own can often feel like you are trying to do everything at once.
You may have lots of ideas, a long list of things you know you should be doing, and goals that matter to you - but without the space to step back, it can be hard to know what deserves your focus first. It is easy to spend your time reacting to what is in front of you, losing momentum, or feeling frustrated that your business is not moving forward in the way you want it to.
This workshop is designed to help you move away from that feeling of being pulled in too many directions.
Together, we will look at the areas of your business where your attention will make the biggest difference. Fiona will coach you to identify what you really want to achieve, what may be getting in the way, and how to create goals that feel meaningful enough to keep you motivated.
Whether you are creating a vision board for the first time or revisiting one you have made before, this in-person workshop will give you the time, structure and support to think differently about your business future.
You will leave with a vision board that is more than a collection of images. It will become a practical visual reminder of where you are going, what matters most, and the actions you want to take to make your goals a reality.
Who Is This For?
This workshop is ideal for you if you are:
- Working hard but struggling to turn your ideas into a clear plan.
- Starting to lose sight of the bigger picture because there is always something urgent to deal with.
- Looking for a creative and different way of setting goals that feels more personal, visual and motivating.
- Ready to make decisions based on what you really want, rather than simply reacting to what is in front of you.
It is suitable for business owners, solopreneurs and professionals at any stage, whether you are building something new, changing direction or ready to give more attention to the goals that have been sitting in the background.

Why Create a Vision Board?
A vision board is more than a collection of images. It gives you a visual reminder of what you are working towards and helps keep your goals visible when everyday business demands begin to take over.
Creating a vision board can help you to:
âś… Focus your attention on the opportunities, actions and decisions that support your goals.
âś… Get clearer on what you really want for your business, career and life.
âś… Connect your goals to what matters most to you, rather than setting targets that look good on paper but do not motivate you.
âś… Challenge the thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back from taking action.
âś… Stay motivated and focused with a visual reminder of the direction you want to move in.
âś… Turn your ideas into something more tangible, helping you see the bigger picture and take meaningful next steps.
