You are not just learning concepts. You are applying them in real time. You will practise both leadership and coaching skills throughout the programme.
Programme Structure & Delivery
The Working with Trust™ Professional Certification is delivered across three carefully designed phases, each building your capability step by step.
Each phase builds on the previous one, so you develop both understanding and real-world application as you progress.
Phase 1: Behavioural Foundations
You develop a deeper awareness of how thinking, language and behaviour work together.
This includes:
- understanding perception and different “maps of the world”
- managing emotional state and responses
- strengthening communication precision and rapport
- recognising motivational patterns and belief structures
Early in the programme, the TRUST and CIRCLE frameworks anchor these skills within a clear leadership approach.
Phase 2: Trust-Based Influence & Coaching
You begin applying these skills in real leadership and coaching conversations.
You will:
- use structured coaching models such as GROW
- apply RAFT and SPLATR to create clarity and ownership
- identify where challenges are really sitting
- lead more effective development conversations
This is where leaders move from managing performance to developing people.
Phase 3: Professional Integration & Assessment
You bring everything together through practical application.
This includes:
- supervised practice
- real business case study integration
- Live assessment
- applying your skills in a business-focused context
This stage builds your confidence as both an NLP Business Practitioner and NLP Business Coach.
Professional Recognition
On successful completion, you will receive ANLP Accredited Dual Certification as an NLP Business Practitioner and NLP Business Coach. This qualification is recognised for professional indemnity insurance and is accepted for membership with the Association for Coaching. Giving you both the confidence and professional recognition to coach effectively in a business environment.
The programme is:
- ANLP accredited
- CPD Standards Office accredited for 56 hours
